AI Help and Consulting for Real-World Tasks

Not every difficulty calls for a new model. Improving input data, separating workflow stages or changing the way responses are validated is often enough.

Before choosing a solution, identify whether the problem lies in the instructions, access to information, application integration or expectations about the output.

When an answer sounds convincing but is wrong

With questions about regulations, contracts and numerical data, fluent language does not establish accuracy. Verification must refer to a specific document, its version and a particular passage. If no evidence is available, declining to answer may be the correct system response.

Practical help with AI tools may begin by separating errors caused by unclear instructions from those caused by missing current data. These causes require different fixes.

INSIGHT / 02

When manual work takes too long

Entering data from invoices, support requests or forms often involves the same steps: reading, classification, recording and verification. Models can help interpret unstructured information, while deterministic code is generally better for calculations and business rules.

Before automating processes with AI, define what happens to incomplete, duplicate or conflicting records. Without handling these cases, the work remaining after automation cannot be estimated reliably.

INSIGHT / 03

When the solution cannot access company data

Accessing documents may require semantic search, full-text search or both. A language model alone does not replace user permissions, change histories or file version control.

AI integration requires examining the data flow and identifying where prompts, responses and logs are stored. Technical API access does not, by itself, establish proper authorization.

INSIGHT / 04

When a demo works but production fails

Occasional success on a few examples does not demonstrate a stable process. At scale, request limits, missing data, delays and unexpected output formats become important. Retries, invalid-result rejection and safe shutdown mechanisms need to be designed.

Compare results against a fixed test set before and after every change. Otherwise, it is difficult to determine whether the modification has actually solved the problem.
